Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Plans 360 (plans360.app, plans360.co.il), operated by PLANS YAZAMOT AND INTERNET (2010), a sole proprietorship of Sharon Cohen registered in Israel, trading as Plans 360 ("we", "us"). Creating an account or using the service means you accept them.
1. The service
Plans 360 turns the scan files and 360° photos you upload into hosted online virtual tours. The service is provided as is; we aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.
2. Accounts
You must be 18 or older and use the service for business purposes. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity in your account. An organization account belongs to the business that opened it; subscriptions and quotas apply to the organization.
3. Your content
Your files and tours remain yours. You grant us a limited licence to process, store and display them solely to provide the service. You confirm that you hold the rights and permissions needed to capture and publish the property and any people who appear in it, and you are responsible for blurring personal details where required (a blur tool is provided).
4. Acceptable use
Do not upload unlawful, infringing, malicious or abusive content; do not attempt to access other customers' data, overload the service or circumvent limits. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
5. Subscriptions, quotas and payment
Plans, prices and quotas are listed on the pricing page. Quotas count concurrent live tours and builds per month; archived tours never count. Payments are processed by Paddle.com, the merchant of record for the service, and Paddle's terms apply to the transaction. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period.
6. Tour lifecycle and archive
A tour is on air for 90 days from creation or extension. Reminders are sent before it ends and you can extend for free while your quota allows. A tour that is not extended is archived: it is preserved, not publicly viewable, and can be reactivated for a one-time fee. We may delete raw source files (e.g. E57) 30 days after a successful build; the tour outputs are kept.
7. Deletion
You can delete tours and your account at any time. After account deletion, data is removed within 30 days except what we must keep by law (e.g. billing records).
8. Intellectual property
The service, software, design and the Plans 360 and Point2Plan brands belong to us. Do not copy, modify or reverse-engineer the service.
9. Warranty and liability
In-tour measurements derive from the scanner data you upload and are an aid only — not a substitute for verified engineering measurements. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
10. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms and will notify you of material changes by email or in the service. These terms are governed by the laws of Israel; the competent courts of Haifa have exclusive jurisdiction. Questions: office@plans360.app.
