Accessibility statement

Last updated: 22 September 2026

PLANS YAZAMOT AND INTERNET (2010), a sole proprietorship of Sharon Cohen registered in Israel, trading as Plans 360 is committed to giving people with disabilities equal and accessible use of the Plans 360 website and service (plans360.app, plans360.co.il). This statement follows Israel's Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations 2013 and Israeli Standard IS 5568, based on WCAG 2.1 level AA.

1. Level of accessibility

The website, the customer area and the tour pages are built to WCAG 2.1 AA / IS 5568: semantic structure, ARIA labelling of interactive components, full keyboard navigation, a visible focus indicator, alternative text for images, compliant colour contrast and zoom up to 200% without breaking the page. Accessibility work is ongoing and re-checked with every material change.

2. The accessibility menu

Every page has an accessibility tab on the left edge of the screen (person symbol). It opens a menu with: text size (80%–160%), high contrast, link highlighting, stop animations, a readable font and a focus highlight for keyboard navigation. Settings are saved in the browser and applied on every visit; "Reset all" returns the defaults.

A "Skip to main content" link appears at the top of every page when navigating with Tab.

3. Keyboard navigation

Tab and Shift+Tab move between components, Enter or Space activate, Escape closes dialogs and menus. Inside a virtual tour the arrow keys rotate the view, + and − zoom, and the map and buttons are reachable with Tab.

4. Assistive technology

Tested with the NVDA (Windows), VoiceOver (macOS, iOS) and TalkBack (Android) screen readers, with screen magnification and with keyboard-only use, in current versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Edge.

5. Parts that are not fully accessible

Despite our efforts some parts are not fully accessible and we keep working on them:

Panoramas in a virtual tour are shown in a graphics component (WebGL) that a screen reader cannot describe; the content is a photograph of the property and has no complete textual description. Room and position names, the map and the buttons are announced.

The measuring tool requires pointing at two spots in the image and cannot be operated by keyboard alone. The resulting dimensions are shown as accessible text.

Floor plans and top-down views are images generated from the scan; they carry the floor name and the number of positions, not a description of their content.

The offline viewer app (desktop download) shows the same graphics component with the same limits.

Files that customers upload and distribute (e.g. DXF, PDF) are the responsibility of whoever created them.

6. Accessibility of the service

The service is provided online only, with no walk-in office. Meetings take place by appointment at an accessible location of the customer's choice. We can be reached by phone, WhatsApp and email and adapt the way we respond to the person's needs.

7. Accessibility coordinator and requests

Accessibility coordinator: Sharon Cohen · phone 077-8850004 · mobile 053-5264861 · office@plans360.app · P.O. Box 384, Kiryat Haim 2610104, Israel.

Found an accessibility problem, a component that does not work with a screen reader, or a need we do not meet? Write to us with the page address and a description. We acknowledge within two days, answer substantively within 7 working days and, where a fix is needed, make it promptly and let you know.

8. Statement updates

This statement was updated on 22 September 2026 by the accessibility coordinator and is reviewed at least yearly and after every material change to the site.
