Questions
- What counts as a "live tour"?
- A tour with an active link viewers can open. Archived tours are fully preserved but never count.
- What happens after 90 days?
- You get reminders 15 and 5 days before. One click keeps the tour live for another 90 days at no charge while it fits your quota. Without a click, it goes to the archive.
- What does the price cover?
- A laser tour is processed from gigabytes of point cloud: depth maps for measurement, a floor plan and a top-down view. Heavy compute — and still the lowest price per tour of any alternative.
- What if a scan has more setups than my plan allows per tour?
- On paid plans a large tour simply counts as several of your monthly builds: on Pro (120 setups per build) a 200-setup tour counts as 2 builds. One tour is capped at 300 setups. The Free plan allows 40 setups per tour.
- Can we show our own logo under the tripod?
- Yes, on paid plans: a one-time $49 places your logo at the tripod spot in all your tours, for life. We review and approve the logo (within 2 business days) and you declare that it belongs to you exclusively. Until then, and without the order, a plain white disc is shown. The Free plan shows the Plans 360 mark.
- Does deleting a tour give a build back?
- No. Deleting or archiving frees a live-tour slot, but a build that already ran stays counted until the end of the month.
- Can I cancel?
- Any time, via the Paddle email. Your account returns to Free and nothing is deleted.
