Questions
- What counts as a "live tour"?
- A tour with an active link viewers can open. Archived tours are fully preserved but never count.
- What happens after 90 days?
- You get reminders 15 and 5 days before. One click keeps the tour live for another 90 days at no charge while it fits your quota. Without a click, it goes to the archive.
- What does the price cover?
- A laser tour is processed from gigabytes of point cloud: depth maps for measurement, a floor plan and a top-down view. Heavy compute — and still the lowest price per tour of any alternative.
- Can I cancel?
- Any time, via the Paddle email. Your account returns to Free and nothing is deleted.
